The firm’s commitment to technology extends to both personnel, hardware and software. Leopold, Gross & Sommers, P.C. employs a in-house system programmer/analyst and performs its own data processing. This enables us to provide up to date instantaneous information for our clients without having to resort or rely upon third parties. Our capability and policy regarding these issues also gives our clients the ability to obtain customized reporting to fit their particular needs and requirements by dealing directly with our personnel.
Currently, Leopold, Gross & Sommers, P.C. uses a redundant Dell® PowerEdge Server that operates on Microsoft® Windows Server 2003. The workstations throughout the office are equipped with Microsoft® Windows XP. Leopold, Gross & Sommers, P.C. uses CollectionMaster® as our main database platform. The features of this software allows us to better handle the special needs of certain clients and specific accounts while still maintaining our own proprietary collection software system. It also enables us to accept claims electronically from creditors and other law firms.
